When we set up, we canvassed a number of companies to discover what they liked and disliked about agencies. The results were, on the one hand, unsurprising yet at the same time astonishing. We could have predicted some of the comments about poor client care, about being inundated with inappropriate CV’s, about crudely copied CV’s, but not how universal such comments would be.

Our strategy was quite simple – we constructed our services to provide the very opposite of those complaints, and a structured yet flexible framework for our clients, our candidates and our staff.
